Monday, September 12th, 2005

For those of you who still check the blog or still have me in your RSS feeds, I would like to say thanks for sticking with me over the last seven months. I’ve come off ASP Guard and I’m working in my old office. This means I have normal working hours and can keep better […]

Microsoft helps censors!

Tuesday, June 14th, 2005

Way to go, Microcrap!
Computer users on Microsoft’s MSN China portal get a scolding message any time they type in terms like “democracy,” “freedom” or “human rights.” The site then tells them to delete the prohibited words.
Microsoft said it’s cooperating with Chinese government efforts to censor language on blogs in the communist country, noting that’s the […]

Da Vinci’s Notebook - Another Irish Drinking Song lyrics

Tuesday, May 31st, 2005

Every time I want the lyrics to Da Vinci’s Notebook’s Another Irish Drinking Song I end up digging around the Internets for what seems like an eternity. So, why not just throw the lyrics here? I think its a good idea. The song is really funny, too. So without further delay, Da Vinci’s Notebook - […]

New truck

Thursday, May 26th, 2005

I am the proud owner of a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500. The truck is absolutely beautiful. V8 engine, gold paint, power everything, tinted windows, Infinity sound system (it sounds awesome), bed liner, dual exhaust. You can take a look at the pictures over in the Gallery. Tell me what you think!

The things I say. . .

When I haven’t slept in forever because of work.

Someone call my head doc?

Late night humor

Wednesday, May 18th, 2005

Its very early in the morning. 4:22 to be exact. I was wanting to sleep some tonight before the next two days of work but a friend got sick and really needed a ride to the hospital. After six and a half hours, she was released. Nothing too major so she’ll be fine.
I got back […]

This is very uncool

Friday, May 13th, 2005

I can’t find my glasses anywhere. I took them off last night to sleep and now they are gone. It is like they grew legs and walked out the door. This is very bad considering I have to be at work in an hour. If you’ve seen my glasses, please comment. Cash reward for information […]

Spam sucks. So we have changes.

Thursday, May 12th, 2005

I’m really sick of getting all the spam comments to the blog. I’m trying to fight it a little harder so now you must be registered and logged in to comment. I’m sorry to do this, but the spam is just too much. I have to track down how I got the sidebar back to […]

Drake and Zeke

Saturday, May 7th, 2005

Be warned, this post isn’t going to have my normal style. What you are about to read is raw and unedited. It won’t offend unless you think Pee pee Hole No-Nos are offensive and get your panties in a wad by being young Shi’thead of the Dumbass of the Day.
Drake and Zeke were the afternoon […]

Why I’m proud of my brother

Tuesday, May 3rd, 2005

I haven’t ever talked about my younger brother Aaron here on the blog and it is about time I do. As the tittle says, I’m very proud of him. He’s a remarkably strong and intelligent young man who never really ceases to amaze me.
A couple of weeks ago, he was in the paper in our […]

New focus

Friday, April 22nd, 2005

If you read Bummer… from ten days ago you would know that the new hours at work haven’t gone in. Since I’m away so much there is no way I can keep updated posts about everything going on in the world. Starting today, artitumis.com is going to be a MilBlog. I’ve had a MilBlog section […]

The baggage handler and his camel

Wednesday, April 13th, 2005

It isn’t what you think. No really. It isn’t what you think.
SYDNEY (AP) — Qantas Airways on Friday suspended a baggage handler who was caught on video opening a passenger’s bag which contained a camel costume, donning the head and wandering around the airport tarmac.
The costume’s owner, David Cox, said he was waiting inside the […]

Last couple of days

Wednesday, April 13th, 2005

Since I don’t have the nice work schedule just yet, I couldn’t blog like I normally would. So, here are some things I found interesting from other bloggers.
Jeff Quinton has a quickie about the new China and India alliance of sorts. The Clancy novel is Executive Orders and is a must read.
LGF has a letter […]

Blog Wars: The Return of the Blogger

Monday, April 11th, 2005

First off I just want to take note of how long it has been since I blogged. The last entry was on my birthday and that was almost two months ago. Over that time not much has changed in my life. I still work on the guard force but more about that later. I haven’t […]

ONE MORE WEEK!

Sunday, February 27th, 2005

Anyone who has read this post, knows that I’ve been extremly busy. That guy Joe, whom Dave and I worked together to cover for, has quit. I have decided to take his route and leave the bakery. My boss at the bakery has talked me into staying on as the Saturday baker, […]

I’m still alive, I swear!

Tuesday, February 22nd, 2005

Yes, blood is still pumping through my body and at times rational thought can escape. But that really isn’t the point of this post. The real point is. . .
Today, February 22nd, is my twenty-first birthday. I am fully legal. It is a scary thought, isn’t it?
For those of you that want to buy me […]

Do you work? Or not work?

Thursday, February 10th, 2005

One of my daily routines is check out Doonsebury. Each morning (2:00 a.m. MST), after I feed the cats, start coffee, attend to any laundry and take a shower, I grab a cup of joe, start up the ‘ol computer and head straight to Doonsebury. Don’t ask me why, I just do.
One […]

The Colorado University Board of Regents is considering removeing him from his tenured posistion at CU. Governor Owens wants him gone. My fellow citizens here in Colorado […]

Marine bloggers

Thursday, February 3rd, 2005

I got the idea today that I should start a BlogRoll for those Marines/former Marines out in the ’sphere. If you fall or know someone who falls into that category, please place the link in the comments section. I will begin building the BlogRoll later tonight.
